2016 REGION 6 PENNANT PLAYOFFS

The Region 6 Pennant Playoffs were held at Kahibah Bowling Club, Lake Macquarie on Monday 16th May. Lake Macquarie being the host District for this event this year.

What a very exciting day for all the ladies competing and the weather was kind as well. The many spectators saw great bowls with the outcome of some grades coming down to the last bowl. Well done to all. The results are:

GRADE 1:

CHARLESTOWN def. AVOCA BEACH

GRADE 2:

DAVISTOWN RSL def. VALENTINE

GRADE 3:

CHARLESTOWN def. CANTON BEACH

GRADE 4:

GOSFORD CITY def. VALENTINE.

The winners now go on to the State Playoffs to be held in the South Coast District from 15th - 18th August. They play at:

Grade 1: Bomaderry

Grade 2: Nowra

Grade 3: Berry

Grade 4: Culburra Beach
