2016 HETHERINGTON TROPHY
The 2016 Hetherington Trophy was held at The Entrance on Monday 25th July in very windy conditions. The Entrance Club President Margaret welcomed District President Dianne and all to the club and handed proceedings over to the District. District President in turn welcomed all the clubs participating and wished all a good game.
This year conditions of play were changed to two games of 15 ends played back to back with a light luncheon being served at the completion of the two games. Very gusty, windy conditions made bowling difficult for all the players but the matches were played in good spirit. Each club had 2 teams of 4 with their totals being added together to determine the winners, which were worked out on Wins, Ends and if necessary total score.

President Dianne presented Gwandalan with the Trophy which the club will retain for 12 months. Each individual player was also presented with a trophy to keep.
