STATE OPEN and SENIOR FOURS at DISTRICT LEVEL
Open Fours: Commenced at Terrigal on Monday 22 January. 22 teams contested this event. On day two the quarter and semi-finals were played at Woy Woy Bowling Club. Results were:

Semi-Finals:

These two teams then went on to play the final at Gosford Bowling Club on Thursday 25th in the afternoon.

The Senior Fours: 36 teams contested the Senior Fours playing at The Entrance and Bateau Bay clubs on Monday 22 January. They played their next round and the quarter finals on the Tuesday at Woy Woy Bowling Club. The winners from the quarter finals then went to Gosford Bowling Club on Thursday 25th where they played the semi-finals in the morning. Results were:

Semi-Finals: These were closely fought with very little between the teams.
Results: S.Anderson's team def. S.Desiatnik's team; H.Austin's team def. L.Swales's team.
These two teams then played the final in the afternoon.

Great bowling was seen throughout the week. Congratulations to all and well done to the winners. They will now proceed to the Region 6 playoffs against Lake Macquarie on 15-16 July. These will be held in Central Coast District, the venue tba.
