2012 District AGM
The AGM of the Central Coast District was held on Friday 20th July at Gosford City Bowling Club. President Lesley Swales welcomed all to the meeting. All 23 clubs were represented and under the new constitution entitled to have 1 vote per club. The minutes of last years AGM were read, the Annual Reports accepted and it was then time for the new committees to be elected.
Outgoing President Lesley thanked all clubs and committees for their support during her 3 years as President. She then invited Patron Beryl to take over the meeting having first presented her with her Patron's badge. Patron Beryl thanked Lesley and presented her with her Past President's Badge. Patron Beryl then declared Pat Frewin the new President of the District as she was elected unopposed. After being pinned with her badge President Pat then took the chair.
The only voting required was for the positions of Vice-President. Five ladies stood with only 2 being required.

President Pat thanked all who stood for V.P.'s and congratulated all the new committee. She advised that there were still vacancies on Match [2], Social [3] and Publicity Officer. These become Casual vacancies under the new constitution and anyone interested is asked to put in an Expression of Interest to be dealt with by the new Management Committee.
Gifts were presented to committee members not re-standing. Claire Hoban, Marie Godfrey and Robyn Davis.
After the meeting closed the committee and delegates went to a luncheon at the Central Coast Leagues Club.
