2013 Champion of Club Champion Singles

Julie Grant, Club Champion of The Entrance, won the final of the CCDWBA 2013 Champion of Club Champions Singles held at Woy Woy Club today. The final score was 25-9. Delores Spek, Club Champion of Gwandalan was a very worthy Runner - up. Julie got away to a good lead and Delores took a little longer to hit her straps. But Delores showed her fighting spirit and began to steadily increase her score. Julie was just too strong on the day and never relinquished the lead. Julie spoke after being presented her badge by VP Winsome Wallace and thanked Delores and all other participants in the competition. Delores responded and congratulated the victor. Both ladies proved they are true champions of our sport.
