2019 DISTRICT SINGLES
WINNER HEATHER McCOLL GOSFORD CITY
The 2019 State Singles at District level were played from 13th to 16th May. 69 entries were received and play was held on Monday at Breakers, Ettalong & Bateau Bay clubs. On Tuesday Avoca Beach and Canton Beach provided green space and on Wednesday all play was at The Entrance. The final was at Everglades on Thursday morning. Thank you to all these clubs for providing their facilities.

Final:
The final was played at Everglades on Thursday morning 16th May between Margaret Smith and Heather McColl. Once again, as throughout the week, great bowls were played. It was lovely to see the support for both the players. The game was played in good sportsmanship with Heather winning her first District Singles. Congratulations to Heather and also to Margaret for making the finals.
Heather will now proceed to the Region 6 playoff to be held at Valentine on Sunday July 21st.
